No model config found when signed into business account

i'm clearly signed into my organizations business account and the extension has stopped working. i'm getting "No model configuration found" when sending a prompt; this has been happening for about a week now. i've restarted, reinstalled, etc and nothing seems to be working. any advice is greatly appreciated!
